Do you offer graphic design and support services outside of your monthly maintenance package?

Yes, we provide graphic design and development services at our hourly rate of $60hr. Contact us and we’d be happy to discuss your individual project with you.

How will I communicate with our designer or developer working on our website?

You can communicate with us at anytime through the project manager assigned to work on your project. Our project managers are in direct communication with both our designers and developers at all times and can help you with any questions.

Do I need to be available during the design process?

Yes. It’s very important that you are available to be reached by phone or email on normal business working days. Your project manager will be sending you e-mails with papers to sign, images to view, questions and content request.  Your timely response to these e-mails will definitely keep the project moving along.

How will I update my blog? Do I need any special software?

Nope, just a web browser and access to the internet. You will have a web-based admin tool where you log in with an ID and password. There you can add, delete and edit your blog posts. It is very user-friendly and easy to use.
